Referred clients are placed on a waiting list and will be contacted as soon as a clinician (psychologist/counsellor/social worker) is available to see the client. (Please note that waiting list times will vary throughout the year depending on demand).
Once allocated to a clinician, the client will be contacted to arrange an appointment. During this first appointment, details about their current situation and previous history will be collected.
We provide all our sessions via telehealth (such as zoom, skype, or phone) which means you can attend therapy sessions with qualified professionals from the convenience of your own home.
Our team of registered professionals and therapists are all based in Australia and are equipped to provide services across the country.
We also provide new and provisional psychologists with training and supervision with experts in various fields to help shape and refine your learning experience.
We specialize in providing Psychological Support for a variety of challenges including:
Human suffering and pain is more than a disorder or a diagnosis. Those referred we value treating each person intentionally, combining genuine care with evidence-based practice.
We adopt an individualized approach where our sessions aren’t just about talking over problems you are facing each session or ruminating on past events. Our therapists are trained in models of therapy including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that are targeted and directed towards helping you move forward towards your goals while reconnecting you with what matters to you. All of our sessions are conducted online or via phone or face-to-face under confidentiality.
Many people are unsure if they want to engage in therapy or have had negative past experiences. We invite you to reach out and have a no-obligations chat to one of our psychologists to see if we could help you in your journey forward.
We are committed to elevating both organisational and personal health and well-being, with focus on enhancing performance and productivity.
